Is it time to get over Apartheid? - A look at race & inequality in SA

As CoCo we have identified that 61 years since the Sharpeville Massacre many people in our society still remain in a space of un-knowing; not willing, or not able to draw the links of our historical context, policies and laws to the inequalities and social challenges we face currently within our country. So we’ve decided to go to work by producing some punchy and informative content pieces that tell the story of SA in a way that is considered and backed by facts. We aim to contribute to having a more meaningful conversation that may enable us to explore constructive solutions.

In this 11min video titled, “Is it time to get over Apartheid?”, Dominic explores race and inequality in South Africa by looking at topics around education, unemployment, income inequality and poverty. This is the first of what will be a series of content pieces that CoCo will produce.
