Inclusiveness

Inclusiveness is the intentional and consistent effort to include previously marginalized groups and individuals in all facets of the endeavor. Within a South African context this would mean including people of colour, who were under past laws disenfranchised. It applies to all industries. For example in education it would entail the employing of more teachers and other staff who are of previously marginalized groups. In business the same principle would apply to each sector of the corporate world.
